September 2024 inflation Year on Year (y-on-y) Bangka Regency West at 0.42 percent

Abstract

In September 2024, year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in West Bangka Regency will be 0.42 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 101.29.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in the index in several expenditure groups, namely: clothing and footwear group by 4.08 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 0.14 percent; health group by 1.01 percent; transportation group by 0.70 percent; education group by 1.05 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 0.87 percent; as well as personal care and other services by 3.14 percent. On the other hand, the groups that experienced y-on-y deflation or a decline in the index were: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.21 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 0.11 percent; the information, communication and financial services group at 1.29 percent, and the recreation, sports and culture group at 0.37 percent.

The month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate for West Bangka Regency in September 2024 was recorded at 0.18 percent, while the year-to-date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.88 percent.
