May 2025 Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Bangka Barat Regency is 0.96 percent

In May 2025, year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Bangka Barat Regency is 0.96% with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 103.45.

y-on-y inflation occurred due to index increases in several expenditure groups, namely: clothing and footwear group by 4.25%; housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group by 0.20%; household supplies, equipment, and routine maintenance group by 0.14%; health group by 3.66%; transportation group by 1.63%; education group by 1.05%; food and beverage/restaurant supply group by 1.25%; and personal care and other services group by 8.89%. Conversely, groups that experienced y-on-y deflation or a decrease in the index were the food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.10%; the information, communication and financial services group by 1.23%; and the recreation, sports and culture group by 1.77%.

The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate in Bangka Barat Regency in May 2025 amounted to 1.07%. Meanwhile, the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate of Bangka Barat Regency in May 2025 was recorded at 1.54%.
